My estimated turn-around time right now is stated at the top of this page, excluding weekends and holidays, and at times can be longer depending on the time of year and amount of orders in front of you. Once I have completed you order I will print out your label and you will get tracking information VIA email .

Some items will ship out sooner, those items will have it written in their description .

SSxCustomCreations is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
Shipping time does not include delivery time. The Mail service you have chosen is who is responsible for your package after it is out of my possession.

If you provide the wrong address or the mail service/carrier marks as *Insufficient Address* *Vacant* and the item(s) is shipped back to us you will be responsible to pay for shipping a second time to have your item shipped out to you again.
