Q: When will my order ship?
A: My estimated turn-around time right now is stated at the top of this page, excluding weekends and holidays, and at times can be longer depending on the time of year and amount of orders in front of you. Once I have completed you order I will print out your label and you will get tracking information VIA email .
Q: Here is my order #, what is the status?
A: From the date you ordered, please count out the number of weeks ahead. Your order will be shipped between that time frame from the date you ordered it.
Q: Can I return my order?
A: No returns are accepted at this time.
Q: Where is my order? It says delivered but I don't have it.
A: Unfortunately that is something that is out of my hands. Once your order leaves my possession I am no longer responsible for it. You will need to get in touch with the mail service used (UPS,USPS, DHL)
Q: Can I change my order?
A: As long as I haven't started or completed it yet, I will be able to change anything on it and depending on the changes, I will invoice/refund the difference.
